Sexy Food

While there's no real hard-core scientific proof that there are aphrodisiac foods, but there are many experts that say that there are some foods that tickle pleasure points in the brain and the body, thus enhancing a sexual experience.

Dark chocolate, for instance, increases serotonin, a brain chemical that makes you feel good, which in hand, may help you get in a ready-to-have-fun mood.

Oysters, another legendary libido-boosting food, contain alot of zinc.
Your body needs zinc to produce testosterone, which is linked to a healthy sex drive in men and women.

Spicy foods rev up your heart rate, making you feel hot and bothered.

A glass of wine or a cocktail can also be a mood enhancer by reducing inhibitions. Just don't go overboard with the amount that you drink. Too much alcohol can have the opposite effect and make it more difficult for you and your partner to reach orgasm.

When it comes to a sexy meal, it's not so much what you eat, but how you eat it.

Go to the market and pick oit foods that look, smell, and even taste sexy to you. Then spend the evening together savoring each pleasurable bite.

Feeding each other at the table or, better yet, in the bedroom can be very arousing!

Just stick with finger foods to avoid stressing out about the possible mess.

Above all don't rush: the slower and more sensual the experience,
the greater the erotic end result!
