Dr. Fisch's Sex Smoothie for Men


Here's a really easy and tasty way for men to enhance their sexuality by adding natural vitamins and antioxidants to their diet. The recipe below is for a single serving. Just multiply if you want to make more.

Ingredients

1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice
1/2 cup yogurt (can be plain or vanilla, fat-free or reduced fat)
1/2 a ripe banana (you can substitute an equivalent amount of any other fruit that you like, such as raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, peaches, mango...you name it!)

Directions
Add the ingredients to a blender, whirl for 30 seconds or so, and enjoy!
